People are my passion. The very best of our world is hidden within the individual’s mind. I believe it is these individuals that unlock possibilities in our homes, relationships, corporations, communities, nations, and our world. Whether in a one-on-one setting, in a team or with large audiences, I act as a catalyst to unlock the unlimited capacity within people, teams and organizations. As a coach, consultant, corporate and congregational shepherd, I am constantly engaging people and the organizations they run to become the best version of themselves.
My quest, therefore, is to provide you with well-tested tips, tools, and techniques (Mindset, skillset, and toolset) to deploy the systems that can deliver you a desired sustainable outcome. This pursuit has led me over the past three decades to develop and facilitate workshops, seminars, radio/TV programmes, large conferences, and author several books.

I am the Lead Pastor of Catalyst Church, an MSP (Managing Successful Programme) Practitioner, an APMG registered PRINCE2 Practitioner and an APMG Agile Project Management Practitioner with experience in IT-enabled business transformation programmes and projects. I hold a first degree in Engineering and a master’s degree in project management with a professional career that cuts across management consulting, banking, information technology, telecoms, rail, and retail, within the public and private sectors in Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa. I am married to Tomi and we have two daughters.
